Hey, all! It's been awhile since I've written a post. I've been pretty busy!

I am quietly working on small design upgrades every month. It's been almost two years since we launched the new website and people have been talking about great things about it. As my skills as a webdesigner and developer get better, the website will get improvements too.

I have made design updates on the top menu, the header and the footer. Those were so much fun to code! I tested them over and over in several devices to make sure they looked right. I have also updated the slideshow to allow split slides within the same slide in the slideshow. Gladly I was able to get it done only with CSS, no JavaScript! I still don't know how I was able to make it responsive, though. Last but not least, I was finally able to make the four cards below the slideshow 2 at the top and 2 at the bottom in mobile devices like I've always wanted them to be. Yay!

I work really hard to make the website look good on mobile devices as well because more than half of you use it in that particular platform. That was one of my ideas when I took over and it's been working really well.

This month, I updated the sidebar. It looks a lot cleaner and nicer. I've been brainstorming for months how to make it better and I was finally able to do something.

One thing that I really embraced is the use of icons. They just make everything look a lot nicer. Sometimes, they help us glance through a website because you don't actually have to read. In addition, these icons are universal. They are not exactly related to our business, but deep down they related to what I wanted them to relate in my crazy head. Hopefully you understand how I choose them.

Show Format Icons

These icons will be by the name of each show. Each icon represents the format of the show.

Alert Icons

These icons will alert you about something out of the ordinary with a show. For example, different pricing, double feature, new show. They will usually come in a grey background right by the show time.

Hope you enjoy the changes!
