Laser U2
Easily among the most popular rock acts in the world, the Irish unit U2 began their musical career in Dublin in 1977. Developing their charitable efforts and clarifying their often controversial political messages throughout the 1980's, U2 solidified their standing as one of the most popular rock bands of all time in 1987 with the release of their Joshua Tree album. During the 1990's and early 2000's band members wrote and produced for other musicians, scripted films, continued to pursue their political and charitable efforts, while setting the stage for their own renaissance of sorts. The years 2000 and 2001 saw U2's welcome return to the epic rock sound they had championed during the early eighties. Tracks featured in Laser U2 include Beautiful Day, Streets, Zoo Station, Sunday, Bloody Sunday, Mysterious Ways ,Pride, and more.
